Should Hagoromo be able to use Sharingan jutsu?

Sharingan is a descent of Rinnegan. So naturally, shouldn't Hagoromo be able to use Sharingan jutsu's? Like Susanoo, Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu?

If it turns out to be true, I'd say Hagoromo is boss as feeeuckk lol

I pretty sure harogomo had the sharingan . BZ told obito the only ppl to awaken the rinnegan were harogomo and madara . Which means hargomo had the sharingan. Plus BZ has been there since the beginning

What is up with everyone and their fanfics? There are no manga facts that state that hagoromo was born with sharnningan if so then it would've been mentioned. Of you were born with the eyes I'd say you awakened them too, it wouldn't have even been natural as what? After mangekou he just magically proceeds to rinnegan? If anything I think hagoromo was born with the standard rinnegan but he could make his eyes like sasuke's, you know with the Tomoe which would make sense as that style of rinnegan has the sharnningan's abilities as well. Heck hamura had the tenseigan so it isn't too far off, but the tenseigan doesn't seen to retain the byalugan's abilities though.

He can probably manifest susanoo. Not sure about the other jutsus. Either way,
it doesn't really do much for him considering all of his powers are so OP that things
like Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu would be completely irrelevant for him anyways.

No he cannot. He doesn't have the Mangekyou Sharingan, thus he cannot use Susano'o or have any other unique abilities(besides his Rinnegan one). As stated previously in the manga, the Sharingan and Rinnegan are separate eye evolutions.

This has already been explained in the manga. The reason why Susano'o is usable without the Mangekyou Sharingan active is because the special chakra to utilize it has already been unlocked in the brain. Unlike Amaterasu or Kamui, the special chakra does not have to go to the eyes, therefore not requiring eyes.

Hagoromo has never unlocked the special chakra neccesary to use Susano'o because he doesn't have the Mangekyou Sharingan.

So according to you, Indra just magically manifested Sharingan? Rinnegan is the evolutionary ancestor of the Sharingan.

And Sasuke was able to use Amaterasu with Rinnegan as well.

It is said Indra inherited his father's eyes. Rinnegan however is unique to Hagoromo, since you manifest his chakra when awakening it.
