I disagree with this if Kankuro is slightly weaker than Temari Why Temari is not the general of suprise attack division but is Kankuro
Kankuro can win againts Temari med diff for many reason Katon>Fluuton the wind of Temari can be blocked by the mechanical shield
Well I'm not going to argue Kankuro VS Temari but Temari can beat more people and with less difficulty than Kankuro. Temari not being a general doesn't mean much unless you want to imply that since Gai wasn't a general, he is weaker than the likes of Kankuro, Darui, Mifune, Kitsuchi, etc. Kankuro is good at stealth, Temari sucks at being stealthy, as she is all about raw power which is why Kankuro was chosen to lead the surprise attack division. Gaara was the general of her division because he's even better than her at long ranged combat and is a kage but regardless, Temari showed leadership capability (

Kankuro's flamethrower may not be strong enough to counter Temari's fuuton. Furthermore, it doesn't have much AoE so Temari's fuuton can still hit Kankuro even if some of it is neutralized. Mechanical shield's best feats are blocking iron sand but Temari's fuuton has greater offensive capability.
