Why doesn't this apply to Madara?

The average Kakashi is considered to have mangekeyo, though not PS, even though he no longer has either.

Basically TC is saying why is it that madara us praised so much with and without his initial power to the point he is laughably compared to kaguya, whereas kakashi is put down when he can/is just as capable as madara (arguably) along those lines. Basically madara has better battle and fighting capabilities than kakashi with and without his sharnningan. Madara may be praised due to his intelligence and power in kakashi's case they have a point, kakashi isn't exactly extremely strong without obito's power but unlike how kakashi haters put it he is still powerful and capable as young kakashi was capable of being in anbu ranks not to mention sharnninganless adult kakashi he just isn't as strong as many notable ninja such as itachi. Kakashi got support from obito and he received rikiudo chakra from obito to even use susano. You need two mangekou abilities to use susano in kakashi's case it's intagible and snipe kumai. Then people will day "how come obito didn't use susano?" in retort....that man was on life support, I think people are forgetting how much chakra susano drains. Even after using the sharnningan kakashi needed help just to stand a testament of the fact that prime kakashi overworked himself. But I think prime kakashi is over hyped as well.

Secondly, the chakra's amount is irrelevant, because it has virtually no mass at all, and is within a small body.
The only thing that is gonna increase Kamui's time for consumption is size.

Are you implying Kakashi's PS doesn't count because it was of another source besides himself?
If that's the case, take into account Madara required Hashi's cells to even hit rennigan, hashi's SM, his brothers eyes to avoid blindness, the tailed beasts to gain JJ, hashi's cells to live long enough, Hashi's cells to get wood style, absorb the tree.

Using your logic, Madara is rightfully blind, and has ems though he cannot locate his target or his surroundings.

It's more than apparent that the JewBoo's chakra can be warped to another dimension, regardless of it's weight, and or power within it.
Kamui itself distorts space, not lifts or forces an object with it's own damn chakra.
Kamui is but a portal, the only thing stopping it is size.

The same reason Naruto had a difficult time with TBB, some things aren't compatible with being J's.
Keep in mind Obito didn't teleport anyone else either, and to speak if it were just himself filled with Juubi chakra he couldn't teleport, he would have been warping others.
