Well In My Post I Said Excluding Rikudou Powers...But Including Rikudou Powers I Guess DMS Kakashi & 3 Eye JJ Madara Are The Best.

Ya know, in the NB bible it clearly states "thou jimmies must not easily be rustled" sadly not many abide by this U_U...

Anyways I'll give you 2, Kabuto and Naruto. Also idk why people think I put restrictions on the thread about jj and Rikudou powers because I didn't. Naruto is the only god tier that has shown the ability to heal others iirc and he has everything else. Well except he isn't the smartest guy but in battle he sharpens up pretty well.

I don't put naruto in there because he has all abilities due to the bijuu, so obv he's the most well rounded and he has genjutsu from the toads. Kinda not fair. And kabuto, idk about that. never seen him use fuinjutsu or genjutsu for that matter

See here's the thing, if all jj's and Rikudou power ups were standard, like they all came with exactly the same powers which included mastery over everything then I would restrict it all together. The thing is that even jj's and people with Rikudou powers skill and mastery over aspects of jutsu and abilities vary just like regular ninjas skills ect vary.

Danzou and the third are too weak, and slow..

I'm not a danzo fan but how so? He took out 23 nins easily in the forest on the way to kage conference. He basically pushed sasuke to the very edge....and that was a very accomplished sasuke with MS.

Plus, well rounded doesnt mean they have to have amazing stats in each category, they just have to be consistently good in every category. Danzo showed impressive feats in basically every category besides healing.

And the 3rd makes it by default due to hype. But he has also shown knowledge of every category of jutsu too.

He Has Speed,Firepower,Durability,Intelligence,Sensing,Top Class In Ninjutsu,Very Good In CQC,Hard To Get Genjutsu'ed,Powerful Summoning,Master Of Fuuinjutsu (Probably The Best),He Has Hax S/T & etc...Not To Mention He Has Large Chakra Reserves & Great Stamina Due To Being A Perfect Sage.

His speed, taijutsu, ninjutsu(S/T), animal summoning, senjutsu, sensing.....really, he's only missing genjutsu and healing if you think about it

Obviously healing isn't important.. If you consider him alive then use 'alive Minato' instead of Edo Minato.

Why not naruto? Not smart enough
Why not Minato? Not strong enough
Why not jiraiya? Not fast,strong,smart enough
Why not tobirama? Not strong enough
Why not itachi? Stamina,power
The three I name has it all save medical jutsu..
