She had it all along, I don't consider that a power up because she's still the same. I actually watched the movie and even with hamura's chakra which she was born with as stated in the movie tenseigan toneri still fodderized her by putting her in a cage :leaf: the only thing Naruto needed hinata for was for destroying the tenseigan and to stop his chakra from bring completely drained. Besides that hinata was basically fodder. Hamuta's chakra=Hagoromo's chakra yet hinata still got negged with ease :leaf:? Hinata simply had hamura's type of chakra if she gained hamura's chakra itself like directly from hamura she would be in the top 10 XD
