Idk we haven't really seen too much of Yamanaka Jutsu.

Pervy Sage - Who's to say that the mind control jutsu has the spirit showing chakra?
Regardless the technique is linear and it'd be almost impossible to hit with, although she did show a lot of confidence when offering to go up against Hidan.

I'd say hinata although we havent seen much of Ino fighting so we can't really be sure, she might have something else up her sleeve apart from the mind transfer jutsu. I would imagine mind transfer has a chakra trail hinata could see but thats pure speculation the fact is, we don't know enough about Ino and her jutsu(s) to do any more than make speculations about the outcome of this fight.

If You saw the 3 tail Arc, You know Hinata has more chakara control than Ino who struggle and was the weakest on the selling them. Plus this is not the same Hinata from Naruto 1, She has more confidence than ever, She was only scare of Her felling about Naruto. But sines Her confession You're only going to see a determined Woman, who is going to get Her man.
