Proof: In the Last Naruto was in KCSM vs tonrei whilst Kurama was elsewhere fighting. Also Naruto chakra is Yellow and Kurama is red, Naruto's new orange chakra is a sign their spirits merged. No, Yin Kurama was simply resealed with Yang Kurama to make Kurama whole again. As stated by hagoromo Naruto is the magic "meeting ground" for the bijuu, their chakra mixed into his.

Naruto has access to Kurama in addition he can call upon other bijuu as well if need be.

Actually he said that the bijuu could talk to each other through Naruto and u do realize that this become one thing happened before Kaguya meaning it was just Nardo becoming jinchuuriki.

Hagoromo never said anything about Naruto siphoning chakra when need be :|
