if you are the center and you have a clone and each one is seven meters away from you(in a straight line, which is the best way too maximize the distance) the maximum distance from clone to clone, one in front and one behind you is 14 meters, not including body width.

you, tobz, are the center and each clone represents an edge. measuring from each clone to u gives you a radius of 7 meters, and a diameter of 14. (give or take no more than 3 feet in account for body width)

so your clones are close enough to you to be affected by the jutsu.

im not sure where you got 196 meters or where ice got 28 meters. but in actuality there can be no more than 18 meters of difference from clone to clone, if you are the center.

Clone one has 7 meters distance to me. Clone two has seven meters distance to me. Meaning that the distance to clone one to clone two is 14 meters. To calculate the square meters of this are you'll have to count 14's exponentiation with two. ( 7 meters + 7 meters = 14 meters exponentiation with 2 = 196 square meters )

omg go back to geometry. you dont square the diameter. the diameter is your final distace.

your diagram is so wrong there isn't even any equations that mirror your math

the most standard circle equations are

2 π R & (D*π ) = circumference

and

π r(squared) = area of a circle

there is no accurate computation of circular function that requires you to simply square the diameter in the way you just did.

14 X 14 meters ice has to freeze in form of square.

there is only one 14 which is the total difference from one clone to the other.

the area affected would be elliptical no circular.

if you guys are all facing the same way with an average of 2 ft. for body width

you get an ellipse with a major axis of 14 meters and a minor axis of .66 meters which gives you a total area of 29.0136 meters. meaning thats the largest possible area ice has to affect to about 30 meters and he said earlier that he got 28 meaning you guys are all caught in the jutsu, exactly.

Tobz made 2 clones, each one 7 m's of distance from him and went invisible 7 m is basically mid range from each other, Ice used brain freeze, around the air tobz was standing, now tobz is saying that his clones our out of range while ice disagrees, saying that the clones are in range,
Looking at the distance you 2 started the fight(mid range), i totally agree with ice that the clone can be in range since the distance is short-long, but ice himself is in range.... ._. so it either that Tobz only is affected or all of you

Do you have some major calculating and reading problems? There's fourteen meters from my clone to clone. Your move is targeted to me So you'd have to calculate 14's exponentiation with two to get the amount of square meters of area that you have to freeze

and to correct your math here you determine the shape of the attack and find its area. the attack is either circular or elliptical. and since no one wants to waste energy attacking an area where they no no one is located they narrow the attack. so an elliptical shape is most logical.

xD i agree with everything except for the 7 meters is mid range O__O

you can walk 7m in like 5 seconds. and bunshin have to start off as a close range jutsu so theres no way he can make them mid range from him.
