plus the 3rd has no way to hit an airborne sasuke in his hawk who can spam enton arrows/amaterasu from above

EMS sasuke would have no problems with reacting+tracking him seeing as he was able to hit juubito who was extremely swift compared to the raikages

I said viz scans. Besides what naruto meant by no effect is it didn't neutralize him completely not that the raikage wasn't damaged. Besides I never said he failed to tank the standard FRS(see my above posts) I said he isn't going to tank anything above that, standard FRS is one of naruto's weakest techniques.

The chapter after that Gyuki claims he shot a Tailed Beast Bomb at him. Unfortunately it didn't put a scratch on him. But he was injured by his own technique, the Hell Finger.

I'm reading it physically, I ordered the volume. Naruto still says it had no effect
