3rd Raikage only has a chance with hell finger..if only he can even touch sasuke with tht...it can penetrate anything..as it was able to cut down the tails of the hachibi even and got through thick sand defences with an addition of another defence..Other than that i dont think there is..Sasukes Arrow is pretty fast and i dont think raikage can dodge tht..
