Kawazu Naki(unless you intended to restrict both Gama Rinsho and Kawazu Naki by saying frog song) could potentially paralyze them long enough for Jiraiya to take them out.
If it is restricted..
Naraka is useless here so long as Jiraiya keeps the bodies away from him, and the way he can do that is using Yomi Numa and just sinking them.
After sinking the bodies, he can use the Gama Hyoro to take out one of the 3. You can argue here which one of the 3 is trapped, but given Naraka is not the fighter of the group, I would wage a bet on it being Asura or Deva.
If it's Deva that's trapped, Asura and Naraka get defeated with extreme ease, Asura being the only one who has any feats to even fight Jiraiya with, and none of that is going to be enough to kill someone as skilled as Jiraiya.
If it's Asura that's trapped, the fight is obviously trickier, but things such as Yatai Kuzushi can be used to take the first hit of Shinra Tensei. During the 5+ second cooldown(I don't remember how long the cooldown was after he used it to push away the boss summons vs Naruto), Fukasaku ends him with his Zessenzan, Jiraiya with Odoma Rasengan, Shima ends him with Zessenbaku, or insert endless number of other possibilities here.
Then Naraka he can tell Fukasaku and Shima to go home and neg-diff him in base.
Giving Jiraiya full knowledge against only two paths that actually pose him any threat is asking to give those paths a beat down. Naraka is useless here, Asura is decent but he's not on SM Jiraiya's level, and Deva is the only one who poses any kind of threat here, and that threat could be ended very quickly if he's the one caught in Gama Hyoro, and even if it's Asura that dies there, Deva is taken out shortly after.
Jiraiya wins no difficulty if Deva is the one caught in Gama Hyoro.
Low difficulty if Asura is the one caught.
