Dodging strikes from Tsunade and Sasori = being able to dodge Hinata. ESPECIALLY since Sakura is revealed to be faster than her.

Sakura wins if she has CES.

- Since this is during the time skip, Sakura will have had practice in dodging strikes from a far more superior person, Tsunade, which means her speed and reflexes at the very least should be good enough to dodge Hinata. Sakura is infact revealed to be faster in Early Part 2, after all.

- Sakura's evasion training will give her the edge over Hinata in cqc, as all Sakura would have to do is dodge and deck her. Hinata's showing of Gentle Fist was shown to be vastly inferior to Neji in the form of not being able to strike anywhere near as fast as Neji, or with his percision. Shown when she was sure she had a clear hit in their part 1 fight, only to manage a Glancing blow.

- Gentle Fist will take a while to put someone down, even Part 1 Hinata managed to take MANY hits from Neji. And with Hinata not being able to strike precisely enough to close chakra points, or fast enough to be able to logically tag Sakura, she's already at a disadvantage.

- Ground punches are also troublesome, as Hinata will quickly be thrown off balance and the match ends there as Sakura will proceed to deck her.

- Sakura has intel on Gentle Fist and how it works, Hinata will not know about CES or any of Sakura's training.

In Part 1 though, Hinata would win.

Actually, Gentle Fists depends on how much chakra is put in. Neji was not aiming to out right kill Hinata, as that would make hthings too obvious, but to do so under cover, so to speak. We saw in Neji VS Kidomaru that it took only two Gentle Fist strikes to kill Kidomaru, so I seriously doubt Neji was going all out on Naruto or Hinata.

Since the rest of the K12 are revealed to be 14 when they got promoted to Chunin, it means there was at least a year of training. So Sakura having som.e of her part 2 tech like CES or evasion training is not a stretch.

Are you honestly gonna believe that Tsunade was going all out on Sakura and didn't manage to land a single hit on her? That's an insult to Tsunade, wouldn't you say? I don't think this should be brought in as an actual argument, especially with it happening off screen.

Anyways, where did Sakura dodge Sasori's attacks? i mean, I'm not doubting she may have pulled it off 2 or 3 times, but for the majority of the battle, I remember she failed to dodge or react to most of Sasori's attacks.

True, I suppose. But I still believe Hinata takes this due to her having Air Palm and guardian 64 palms, while Sakura has mere CES. Hinata landing a hit on Sakura wouldn't be needed [regardless of whether or not she could], as she could use her guardian 64 palms to shred her to pieces. Besides, P1 Filler Hinata's arm speed was shown to be pretty deadly in the Bikochu Beetle Arc..

Actually, one well placed strike to the heart or brain could easily one shot, so 64 hits is not needed. Also, it's not exactly a good idea to aim your fist at the ground rather than your opponent when said opponent is engaging in CqC right in front of you.

Nope, but it still shows that closing off even one chakra point can cause entire jutsus to become unusable. Even those as powerful as Susano'O

So just because a Gentle Fist user has never hit an opponents forehead means they can't do it altogether? That's some pretty linear logic, wouldn't you say so?

Hinata's speed according to the third databook is only 0.5 less than Sakura's, so I doubt she's getting blitz'd in such a manner. Not to mention her taijutsu is ranked higher by 0.5, and keep in mind that reflexes and evasion are PART of taijutsu. So I'd say they're failry even, given this evidence.
