In all likelihood they're probably equals as of now, but Sakura should be able to easily pass Tsunade up in time considering Sakura is what, only 17 compared to Tsunade in her 50's?. Did you read? I specifically said that Sakura isnt completely on Tsunades level when it comes to the mechanics of medical ninjutsu and that my argument pretatined to their combat abilities. Also, how do you know Sakura or even Shizune didn't assist with the creation of their Zetsu like hands? Sakura deduced Zetsus transformation technique with the combination of research (files Of Zetsus account at the 5 kage summit). She diffnatly helped.
