Restrictions: None for Hinata. Itachi can use his 3T sharingan but aside from that, ALL of his abilities are restricted except for taijutsu and kunai/shuriken. Genjutsu is restricted!

All he can do is Taijutsu and 3T sharingan. Thats all he needs to avoid Hinata's palm strikes. If Hinata knew Rotation it would be problematic but without it Itachi butchers Hinata.
