Pool of chakra or very strong chakra?

What does very strong chakra even do? Does it make the attacks any more stronger? If not pool of chakra is better. If we are arguing quantity versus quality and quality is not making attacks better then it is sort of irrelevant.

Edit:

If very strong chakra increases attack power, then I would give my vote to it. Quality is better than quantity majority of the time.

Strong Chakra is definitely more important then the pool of chakra.

The strength of your chakra could easily overwhelm your opponent, which could gain you victory.

Hashirama, Tobirama, and Hiruzen's chakra was shown to be so D@mn strong that it literaly destroyed their surroundings. Which intimidated everyone. And also allowed them to use OP techniques could destroy a enemy in one attack.

Tsunade, Kushina, or suigetsu on the other hand who has a large chakra pool would have to draw out the battle.

Actually Hashirama was known more for his chakra quantity, he compared his chakra level to the kyubi's and people implant his DNA to increase their reserves. Having a large pool allows you to spam large scale techniques for examples Kisame wouldn't be half as dangerous without his ridiculously large chakra pool.
