Tenseigan Chakra Mode

The Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. Toneri Ōtsutsuki can enter the form due to being a wielder of the dōjutsu.


Appearance
While this mode is active, the user gains a chakra shroud with six magatama markings around their collar and one distinctive chakra-like horn protruding from the forehead. This form's shroud is cyan and releases chakra as flickering flames. When Toneri enters this mode, his hair spikes upwards.

This mode is said to be roughly on par with Naruto Uzumaki's Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. This form is capable of giving the user the Truth-Seeking Balls, and its chakra presumably makes the user's Truth-Seeking Balls glow green. This mode also grants the user a form of conjuration and transfiguration.
