Doesn't fall under projectiles. The user needs to maintain focus. I'd keep this as specifics, meaning it doesn't fall under projectiles/streams, etc.

Method 2: Currents/Wide Spread

In other words, streams..

Can you define what a stream is?

Stream is like we release it from any part part of our body and control it meaning keep it up for sometime and it is connected to us somehow..

Streams: A stream is a constant and well defined flow of an any material. For eg: a stream of water, a stream of fire, or a stream of lightning. Here, you gather chakra, and then simply release it in a steady flow outwards toward your target and you maintain that steady flow until the chakra you've built up for the technique is no longer there. This means that streams have their power spread out evenly throughout the technique as opposed to several individualized bursts of chakra that have their own capabilities, meaning you have to constantly focus on your chakra, however, you're free to alter the direction of your attack, since you still maintain the control over it until the amount of chakra that is built up gets exhausted.

This is what a stream is. You see, how Darui is constantly blowing out the water from his mouth? He's constantly fueling his chakra to the jutsu, so as to maintain it. If you stop fueling chakra, the water just falls to the ground. For Lightning, streams are "waves" of lightning, like Darui's Lightning Release: Wave Of Inspiration, etc..

A real life example would be a fire extinguisher. You have to keep on pressing the nozzle, for the gas to be spread, or even take a deodorant. You have to keep on pressing the nozzle for the deodorant to be spread. If you stop pressing, nothing happens. Another simple example would be blowing air into a balloon. You have to keep on blowing air for the balloon to expand, and if you stop, the air just gets dispersed. Whereas, a projectile, as I said, is something that can be thrown, like disks of lightning, etc, as we saw earlier. Clear?

Now, can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages of streams?

Advantages are: It stay up until we want and it can be turned in to our desired way, it also spreads wide that makes it a bit difficult to dodge etc.

Well, not really. You can change the direction of the stream you're blowing out and aim it at the projectiles coming from above, so as to repel them.

The stream is somehow connected to us it can be dangerous sometimes, for eg. I use a stream based water technique and my opponent uses a Raiton technique upon the stream and the electric current would travel through the water and struck us from inside. I think it is a very big disadvantage

That's again an example. Try once more. You said the advantages are that you can change the direction of where you're blowing the stream, which is correct. Comparing to projectiles, what would be the disadvantages? It's related to chakra..*hint hint*
