Naruto or Sasuke?

Sasuke all the way. Given how pitiful KCM Naruto's feats were other than that one time he dodged V1 Ae, before getting his ass handed to him on the same incident. Sasuke dodged him and reacted fast enough to attack with only 3T out. Not to mention how he reacted faster than Minato in KCM, hebi Sasuke's feat of dodging Deidara's CS2 puts best speed feat from Minato - saving Kushina - to complete shame.

No, they didn't wank. They thought Naruto was fastest because Kaguya got blitz'd by Naruto.
