Minato still has sage mode so i guess he could win, although his sage mode sucks.
honestly, minato doesn't have alote of feats besides sealing jutsu's, FTG and rasengan.
As for who's smarter, i'd give this tobirama since he just has alote of experience, minato is pretty smart though.

It's a genin. So its skills are crap. Then factor in the fact that tobirama's edo tensai is weaker than part 1 oro's so that makes it a genin at like 1/10 it's already miniscule power.

Never said the edo would help in direct combat. The edo is to supply the material needed to perform Gojo. Don't see what the level of an edo has to do with that.
