Meh, I don't really see much difference with the earlier released trailer, which I also liked more than this one. The way how Ultron stats talking about puppet strings, gives me goosebumps each time.
I can't wait till May to see it
Be realistic. The Avengers was one of the greatest successes in cinematic history. Even after having produced countless of movies about their main characters, their quality still hasn't gone down, on the contrary, while in normal circumstances it's the opposite.
Then you have got the actors. If it was still Christian Bale as Batman, it would be different, but compared to what actors are running around in the Avengers, the currently casted Superman and Batman actors do not really have that same charisma for superhero characters. I mean Ben Affleck? Not a bad actor, but a superhero really does not fit him.
Also you are the first person I've seen so far who actually thinks the Batman/Superman movie is going to triumph the Avengers, while I see everyone around me going on about the Avengers. They don't even talk about the Batman/Superman movie. Frankly I even forgot they were planning to make one till I saw your post.

Most people care, the majority however isn't really anticipating the Batman vs Superman movie as much as they do for the Avengers, with very good reasons.

Because there wasn't much in it, it lacked depth. The entire movie seemed created to me for the sole purpose of having Superman doing superhuman stuff in 3D. It was flat and kinda a forced drama, they cruised rapidly through Superman's tragic past and then just added a villain so that he could go save world.
