Ok, so why is the Rinnegan different from a Bijuu? You're wrong about other people not being able to become on though, just look at Bee.

secondly, he didnt start the fight with bijjus chakra, he fought naruto without them initially and then absorbed them in ps some moments. bold is some biased shit. no chakra loss?? he used 9 genjutus and CTs just before the fight. or you dont think those cts would take chakra? its not like he has a bijju in him that can replenish him with chakra. and i dont even know how you came to the conclusion that he didnt suffer any chakra loss when he himself had been fighting. that statement was baseless shit
