Is their an updated version? This translation was early, but even in the manga it clearly states it's not a combination of Tailed Beast chakra. Merely the senjutsu of Hagoromo activates this form, though it looks a lot like Kurama's avatar cloak:
Naruto has RSM. The data books confirms that RSM is combined with senjutsu chakra alone:
Databook on RSM:
Six Paths Sage Mode (六道仙人モード, Rikudō Sennin Mōdo), Sage Justu / Ninjutsu used by Naruto. Most of this page is too blurry to read, so I can only translate some of it.
The big header basically says it's a gift from the ancestor of shinobi that grants a supernatural mental state allowing for the complete, universal comprehension of all things.
From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosphical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.
Top caption says that the caster has an unconcious/automatic mastery of the Sage of Six Path's "ability to levitate" (浮遊する能力, fuyū suru nōryoku).
Second caption says, "Kicking a Truthseeker Orb! Surpassing Kurama Mode, his vast chakra lets him perform this risky stunt!"
Third caption says, "His reaction speed meets or exceeds that of Madara in his Ten Tails Jinchuriki Form. It's the height of sensory ability!"
Nothing states that it combines the tailed beast chakra to form, even the wiki is lying. Even in the manga it says a gift of SENJUTSU. So no, I know what I'm saying.
RSM merely allows the user to use freely other forms of tailed beast chakra, hence why Naruto was able to actually use/talk to the other bijuu's after he talked to Hagoromo.
I'm sorry, you seem to have misunderstood what I meant by "complete rikudou sage mode," so let me rephrase it. Naruto may no longer have access to gudoudama or the natures of the other tailed beasts by the time of the last movie. This would account for why his shroud is so different. Please note where I said as opposed to completing the rikudou sage mode with all of the 9 beasts, he is completing it with a whole Kurama. Similar power output (rikudou sage mode), different source (with only a complete Kurama as opposed to all of the beasts.)

I don't think him losing it makes sense. Seeing how even if the bijuu chakra ran out he can just ask for more seeing how he is connected to all of the bijuu and they can hand over chakra at anytime
Not losing it. I believe Naruto still have the sage's chakra, but his sage mode is made up of different ingredients. Simply put, instead of Rikudou chakra + 9 beasts chakra = rikudou sage mode, it can now be Rikudou chakra + complete Kurama = rikudou sage mode.
In terms of them loaning him power at anytime, I disagree. One main reason is whether they are free. Gyuuki is shown to be sealed into Killer B again, so I doubt Naruto asking for chakra would be ok from a military point of view.
No matter what chapter 700 happened. Obviously there has to be a story of how Naruhina got together to tie along with the already building of NaruHina in the manga. Being that Naruto is the main character he got a movie to depict that story! It doesn't matter who wrote majority, it's just the story of how they got together. That's the thing, there has to be a story. Studio Perriot suggested one kishi liked it. Being that kishi isn't a movie director he just overlooked the making of the movie. He did say the movie is 699.5. I really don't see what's to argue.

The bijuu themselves may not want to give it to him. I mentioned only Gyuuki, because only he is confirmed to be resealed. Just because Naruto would want Gyuuki's chakra does not mean that Gyuuki has to give it to him (he is the partner of another shinobi from a different village.) We do not know who else has been sealed. Also, communicating with them from long distance does not necessarily mean that they can give him chakra. Naruto initially received their chakra after being in physical contact with their bodies (when he removed the stakes from their body) and this contact might be necessary if he needs to recharge (this is in the case that he has used up all of the received chakra in the first place.) Among other reasons is the lack of a world threat that would require them to cooperate with a human ever again. They are living, and being at another's beck and call at a moment's notice makes them luxuries that does not fit in with Naruto's personality.
At the end of the day, Naruto is Kurama's jinchuuriki. Kurama has already demonstrated that he was not willing to share Naruto with the toads, proving himself prideful. I doubt that he would be appreciative of Naruto depending on another beast simply because he wants his rasenshuriken to be make of lava as opposed to the composition of a bijuu dama.
People had this exact same problem when Strong World and Z came out for One Piece. Oda worked on both of these movies, but the general consensus is they are not canon to the manga. They are however canon to the anime.
There are different versions of characters in other works of fiction. Why does anime have to have only one? There is a manga canon and an anime canon. Of course this is just my opinion, and I'm sure there are others who will disagree with me, but looking at it this way I see the best way to avoid contradictions.
Also, about the whole clone thing. We know he got the Shadow clone jutsu when he stole the scroll, and he failed at the normal cone jutsu because that was the reason he never passed the academy. However, he was a master at the sexy clone jutsu. Maybe Naruto was just talking about learning clone jutsus in general at the age of 7, not the shadow clone that we all know.

Well yeah he was in contact with their bodies when he recieved the chakra and that would make sense seeing how Kurama was told to look after Naruto, but if that is the case Naruto with 100% Kyuubi, RSM knowledge of chakra, sensory, reflexes, strength, is his full power.
No Bijuu elements. Especially Boil release, but I guess that is ok seeing how he can focus Kurama's chakra like he did to Toneri, but that means he should still be able to do BDRS right?
