Susano develops in steps (starting from ribcage). Kakashi skipped all of these steps and went straight to PS because he had Rikudo chakra.

Obito admitted he was too weak to take on all of the Gokage at the Kage Summit, while Madara toyed with them, and they had no answer to PS. Manga made it pretty damn clear EMS Madara is at least a tier above MS Obito.

Obito solidifies to attack, the Gokage would wreck him. Should Obito warp a kage away he would get gangbanged from both dimensions.

And even if Obito managed to win, it would be nothing short of high diff whereas Madara toyed with them.

You're a fapboy if you think MS Obito is on par with EMS Madara.
