What the point if you invincible by using a tool, its batter to have body invincibility than invincibility from weapon.

Because it is no use if Itachi is illness or low in chakra, he cant produce Susanoo, no Susanoo that's mean no Spirit weapons

Yata's success rate= 100% successful in blocking attacks thus far in the manga.
Totsuka's success rate= 100% successful in sealing every target it has pierced thus far in the manga.

Itachi cannot be defeated in battle, mangafact, until proven otherwise. There's a reason why Kishi purposely kept Itachi away from Kaguya, JJ Madara, JJ Obito, etc. They would have got solo'd on the spot. Itachi would have probably totsuka blitz'd Hagoromo too for causing so much shit.

The only reasonable way of killing Itachi was through illness, there was no other way to do it. Nobody in the Narutoverse is capable of tanking a totsuka blitz or breaching yata.
