stood on a platform in the Village Hidden in the Cloud (I assume the terrain would basically be Killer B vs Naruto), facing the famed Nekura. Standing about 10 meters from the enemy, Nico Robin maintained a straight posture. In a low and calm tone, she greeted, "Jio of the Nekura Clan, it's about time we meet in the battlefield yet again," whilst clutching onto one of her Staff. "Lets skip the formalities and head straight to battle... Shall we?" As the words exited her mouth, the top half of the Staff transformed into the shape of a Shakujo Staff - a very simple weapon with rings hanging around an even larger ring. Without movement, the rings of the Staff would disconnect from the main Shakujo and hover in front of her, and afterwards, they are manipulated to be sent out towards the enemy. What appeared to be a simple projectile proved to be much more; Nico Robin used the single staff to strike the ground and clap her fist with the opposite hand. Immediately after, the Shakujo Rings multiply into thousands, all of which contained the same properties. They spin and travel fast, therefore, if successful, Jio would find himself in a difficult situation. The rings after the assault would simply disappear, all but the original six, which would hover quickly back to the original Shakujo Staff.

No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

Abilities:
[*]Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.
Restrictions: Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. Seeing Nico stand in front of me all high and mighty irked my nerves. The last time we had fought she nearly killed me, leaving me to drown in an oceanof her water. If it weren't for a few Kiri Anbu watching over the battle, i surely would have died and that frankly left a sour taste in my mouth.
Tch. This won't be like before, Nico.
As i see the rings from the stave coming at me and suddenly multiplying i don't flinch or nun, i simply start walking towards you. While walking towards your direction I casually grab Shine-Tsu-Hiko with my right hand in order to swing upwards to do a diagonal slash at the rings. With the sword's motion towards the rings at it's peak i release an Atsugai at them to create a massive wall of wind in front of me. The Atsugai rages forwards at high speeds, intercepting all of the rings, redirecting them back towards you along with the blast of uncontrollable wind ripping towards you. While the Atsugai does its simple task, i still move at you meter by meter.

It naturally rolled open, and she slammed her hands upon the scroll; the action resulted in a massive flame dragon appearing from the scroll. It clashed with the wind sphere, neutralizing it in the process as well as continuing onwards at a weakened state. The rings between the clash would disappear, all but the original six, which would float back to the original Shakujo weapon. "We'll see about that." She confidently answered, as the sound of the dragon and the clinging of the rings filled the battlefield.

The moment i see the flame dragon erupt from the scroll and overpower my wind, i react by weaving together a few hand seals to initiate a water technique. Suddenly an immense amount of water gushes from the ground below me in the form of seven massive hydra heads, each of them rivaling the size of the water dragon jutsu. The middle head rises directly beneath me to maneuver me mid range into the air and away from your fire dragon with great haste, while i merely used chakra in my soles to balance myself. One of the other hydra heads intercepts the dragon directly, wrestling it down and extinguishing the flames in no time. One arcs upwards to dive down onto your head, one darts straight at you in a linear path, a hydra head also arcs to your left and right to catch you from those sides also. The seventh head is to the left of the hydra that i find myself on, though that one unleashes a concentrated torrent of powerful water at you from above. The dragon coming from the left also blasts a water torrent at you in order to catch you off guard, having several attacks coming from the massive beings.

Description: The user forms the Ram, Snake, and Boar handseals and calls forth a great amount of water from the ground nearby which takes the form of a large hydra with seven heads that attacks enemies with their sharp teeth and heads while also defending the user. Each hydra head is the same size of the Water Dragon Jutsu and can reach up to mid-range. They can also fire spiraling streams of pressurized water from their mouths at the enemy, crushing them with the immense force of the water. This counts as an additional move of the user and is A-rank in strength. The body of the hydra is 8 meters tall and has reptilian limbs allowing it to travel but it cannot move very fast on land. In water, however, it can move as fast as a running ninja.

It is released in voluminous quantities, all of which is concentrated on the opposite side of the battlefield keeping Nico Robin safe from the wrath of her own technique. A massive wave of mud fast approaches; it crashes and overpowers the Hydra creatures with ease, as well as bringing Jio along with the waves, crushing and suffocating the enemy should it be successful. The aftermath was a large ten meter sea of mud in the area the attack was aimed at.

Description: Through a single hand seal, the user will send earth-based chakra on an area within short-range, manipulating it to have it erupt upwards to resemble a small volcano head. It has a diameter of about 3 meters, and the height of five meters. Immediately after creation, massive amounts of mud, similar to that found in (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld, is spewed out from the structure created, flowing out with great speed and momentum taking the form of large ten meter waves. It would easily push away anyone within the area of effect. The user can have the mud released outwardly, expanding outwards from the source with a 360 degree scope, or aiming it at a specific area in order to have a stronger effect. An example of the second would be creating the volcano-head and manipulating the mud to spew out towards the opposite side of the battlefield, keeping you safe from harm while attacking the enemy. Alternatively, the user can maintain the handseal and continuously manipulate the movement of the mud to manipulate it to the direction they want to, which would allow them to do a multitude of things like preventing their own technique from harming the user by manipulating the mud away. However, a drawback would be the inability to perform other techniques unless the user is able to use Yin-Yang. Lastly, the damage from this comes from the massive waves of dense mud that would surely crush, as well as suffocate the enemy if left undefended. The technique results in the area targeted to be covered with up to ten meters of mud.

Immediately after creation, massive amounts of mud, similar to that found in (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld, is spewed out from the structure created, flowing out with great speed and momentum taking the form of large ten meter waves. It would easily push away anyone within the area of effect. The user can have the mud released outwardly, expanding outwards from the source with a 360 degree scope, or aiming it at a specific area in order to have a stronger effect. An example of the second would be creating the volcano-head and manipulating the mud to spew out towards the opposite side of the battlefield, keeping you safe from harm while attacking the enemy. Alternatively, the user can maintain the handseal and continuously manipulate the movement of the mud to manipulate it to the direction they want to, which would allow them to do a multitude of things like preventing their own technique from harming the user by manipulating the mud away. However, a drawback would be the inability to perform other techniques unless the user is able to use Yin-Yang. Lastly, the damage from this comes from the massive waves of dense mud that would surely crush, as well as suffocate the enemy if left undefended. The technique results in the area targeted to be covered with up to ten meters of mud.

As the hydra head carries me mid range into the air, about 12m high or so, i take notice of the mud ocean incoming. I'd simply have 4 portals open up around me in order to let keigoku pour out and engulf my entire being; near instantly turning me into a being of solid keigoku. With the transformation i open up a fifth portal directly below me, which I'd fall into and disappear. In the same instant of disappearing through the portal i slide out of a portal about 2m behind you, but as i silently slip out of the portal i commit to a taijutsu attack at point blank range.
"Your blind spot. Heh."
The thought ran through my head as i do an upwards kick to the back of your head, though as i perform the kick an even stronger technique comes with it. As i motion to do the kick, a violent rotating wind engulfs the area around my immediate vicinity; creating a tornado dragon around my body while the kick connects with you. The mass amount of wind adds to the force of the kick, sending you flying forwards into the mud that you created while taking considerable damage to the back area of your body.

Description: The user will focus and open 4 human sized portals, one on each side of his body and a metre away from him, allowing massive amounts of Keigoku to pass through the portals and flow onto him. This large influx of chakra reacts with the symbol that every clansman has branded on them and causes it to go haywire, so to speak. Instead of projecting and guiding Keigoku, it causes the Keigoku to travel inwards, filling the user's tenketsu with keigoku, warping it's usage and causing the chakra to flow inwards, preventing Ninjutsu or genjutsu usage as long as it is active as the chakra cannot be molded correctly. As the Keigoku flows inwards, it corrupts the user at the very core, literally turning him into a solid manifestation of Keigoku, causing building damage to the user over a series of turns. Taijutsu attacks are augmented through the usage of this, adding properties of being exposed to Keigoku with each strike that lands.
Unfortunately, there are more drawbacks than benefits; the longer the user has this jutsu active, the more at risk he is of fatally harming himself from the reverted flow of chakra. If active for longer than two turns, upon deactivation the user can only use taijutsu attacks for two turns as it takes time for the user's tenketsu to start it's correct flow. The user also can not use any Keigoku techniques of S-rank and higher while this is active. While this is active, the user is vulnerable to sealing jutsus that seal away elements and/or jutsus.
The Nekura requires special training and must be Black Knight or above to utilize this jutsu. To add to this, this jutsu can only be used twice, lasting at a maximum of 3 three turns each turn with a build up period of at least 2 turns in between usage.
( Konoha Ryūjin ) - Leaf Dragon God

Description: This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Once you're pushed forwards, the dragon's head bolts towards you in attempts to further attack you. The dragon would grasp your body in its mouth, applying pressure to crush you in its jaws while it pushes you further into the ocean of mud in order to drown you also.
As Nico Robin sees her enemy seemingly turn into another substance, and thereafter, disappear, she reacted by infusing chakra into the surrounding air. A light breeze would fill the battlefield, a breeze that allowed her to sense enemies that made contact with it. "Now where can you be hid-" She thought, up until she successfully sensed your location as you appeared from behind. In quick response, she releases an omnidirectional burst of wind that pushes Jio away, as well as his leg with the dragon. The sudden burst of omnidirectional wind and their very close range would easily and abruptly force Jio back to mid-range. Furthermore, as he is traveling back, Nico Robin throws a single kunai with an explosive tag towards the moving target, which would be set to explode once it is near Jio. Of course, it travels at high speeds due to the omnidirectional blast of wind pushing it.

Description: This is a very useful jutsu to keep enemies from getting into close range, and blowing away weapons/items. The user will gather up large amounts of wind chakra into every single pore into their body. Once done, they will release it all at once, creating an immense and powerful breeze of wind from their body in every single direction up to short range. The breeze is so powerful that if one person is in short range, the wind pressure would blow them back into mid range with ease, and even then the opponent can still feel the breeze all the way up to long range (It would feel as if its simply windy from Mid-Long range) It is able to blow away objects giving them more speed (If a kunai was to be thrown at the user and this jutsu is active. It would blow the object back twice as fast due to the wind propelling the weapon backwards) This justu essentially makes it extremely hard to get within short range without being blown back violently. Luckily this jutsu does no physical damage except the small blunt impact of being blown back but that isnt strong enough to do damage. This jutsu is very unique, cause just like chidori has the chirping sound, this jutsu gives off a loud whistling noise, to give off its unique nature of a jutsu as the air currents makes the noise from the users body. This jutsu is in no way offensive so it does no damage whatsoever.

I'm caught completely off guard as you suddenly blast wind from every part of your body to essentially deflect me and my dragon, pushing me backwards out of close range with a technique that was all too familiar.
"Devastating Whistle, eh?"
The thought ran through my head as I'm being pushed back, but before i could be pushed too far, i open a human sized portal in the way of my path to intercept me and allow me to slide through it. At the same time another portal is opened exactly 17m above your position, almost instantly allowing me to transfer from one portal to the other and escape the explosion of your explosive tagged kunai. The moment i appear almost long range above you i deactivate the Nekura art whilst Grabbing Shine-Tsu-Hiko to activate a technique. In an instant I'd create a massive arm and fist made purely of wind, though it wasn't created anywhere near me. The hand materializes directly around your body to have you clenched in its tightly held wind fist. This would restrain you and start to crush you before you could do your fire technique but if you did perform it I'd simply motion the arm to pull you into your own flames. The hand once wrapped around you, slams you into the earth with immense force, scarring the earth's surface while completely crushing you.

Description: The user starts to focus fuuton-based chakra into Shine-Tsu-Hiko. As a result the sword starts to release wind, which goes into the air and forms an enormous fist (and a part of the lower arm) in the air that wields a wind-replica of Shine-Tsu-Hiko. By moving your own arm, the replica will do exactly the same. For example when slamming your fist into the ground, the wind fist will do exactly the same on the opponent. The force that is released is so big that it even cracks the earth open on the place where the fist landed. The wind arm can be materialized in more useful or constructive ways, grabbing a target or even lifting the user.

In quick and almost instinctive response, she creates a layer of earth that abruptly emerged from her skin instead of continuing with her original plans. The outer layer of the Armour was fashioned into durable spikes. It emerged to break through the grip of the wind and ultimately causing the hand made of purely compressed winds to disperse into nothingness.
The opponents' location was easily discernible through the shadows present in the battlefield as well as the Chakra sensing ability that she previously activated. With the valuable information she possessed, Nico Robin would perform two hand seals in quick succession and materialize a humanoid-resembling figure directly underneath the enemy, who by now, would naturally be free falling from the sky. It is created three meters underneath Jio and upon creation, it extends its arms upwards in order to attack the opponent's thigh area, and in the same motion, rotate its body to the opposite side to kick the weapon off of his hands. It generates a wind blast upon contact, thus increasing the damage taken. As Jio falls, the humanoid figure would repeatedly land physical based strikes to the enemy, as Nico nonchalantly watches from below. (Doton: Koka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hardening Technique

With my initial attempts to grab Nico with the wind god hand ending in a failure, i still freefall from above watching his every movement in order to spot an opening. As I'm looking down at the woman, as i should be, suddenly a being of pure wind materialized below me a few meters.

The thing was beautiful honestly, it's kinda crazy i don't know the technique. :| Beautiful or not, i obviously needed to take counter measures against it, before i found out what it was fully capable of. I'd reposition my body to be horizontally aligned with the ground whilst also casually swinging Shine-Tsu-Hiko at your wind phantom in the same motion. In the motion of swinging at the phantom, i release a staff of condensed wind, which easily blasts through the chest of the being. After blasting through the phantom, the staff grows wings and arcs around at your back in aims to rip through your back. If you were to attempt evading the staff of wind, I'd simply have it explode into a raging vortex of wind that expands 7m towards you, whilst also sucking in things around it in order to cut everything up that gets caught. All the while, I'd glide over to about 8-10m in front of you while watching it unfold.

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user uses shape manipulation around wind currents and forms a staff made of condensed wind. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is very similar to the wind blade technique, in both visual tangibility and cutting potential Close range abilities: The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank wind blade Mid range use: The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "butterfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a butterfly's. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While be controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns.. At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal which results in the wind exploding into a 7m wide vortex of wind that would suck things from 5m out into it while also cutting anything that comes into contact with it up
