How Powerful will Sasuke be when he Masters Rinnegan?

Not as strong as Naruto or Madara. Here's my reasoning. Madara has had the rinnegan for what might be years. He probably has the maximum skill with it. Therefore, without the bijus, he's not going to surpass him.(though I feel he surpassed him with the bijus already) As for Naruto, he was already equal to biju Sasuke with half Kurama. With full Kurama, he's even stronger. It's ridiculously doubtful that Sasuke can bridge that gap with mastery over the rinnegan alone. Also, it's enton, not chidori that can't be used simultaneously with preta path. However, Sasuke will make his Kaguya arc self look like a lightweight.

Are you forgetting he only used 1 major jutsu with the Bijuu's Chakra, which was Indra's Arrow?

Even if Indra's arrow may be stronger than anything in Sasuke's arsenal it is a one Jutsu move. With full Rinnegan he will definately be more versatile than he was at VoTE.

I wouldn't be surprised if by now he knows how to manipulate shukaku's sand gaara-style or shoot giant balls of molten lava by now. Come on, stop putting words in my mouth. I never said he 'can't' I said it's unlikely.
A steam resengan wasn't going to help him in that situation... Besides naruto isn't learning those jutsu, he already knows them, he's just using the bijuu chakra to perform them..

If you think Naruto has a better chance at learning sand than sauke has of mastering resengan than your fooling yourself.. Mastering the rinnengan isn't any difference than mastering sharingan, OR MS... It's not different elements.. That's guarantee he'll master it.. A better comparison would be sauke mastering fuuton.

How is Adult Sasuke stronger?

VOTE Sasuke could use some Rinnegan techniques like Preta Path, Chibaku Tensei and the Outer Path.

The Strongest thing in Sasuke's Arsenal is PS.

Sasuke's PS was amplified tenfold by the Bijuu Chakra when he fought Naruto. Everything increased from Durability, Speed, DC dramatically.

So how is an ordinary PS stronger than a Bijuu PS. That's like saying EDO Madara's PS is stronger than his Kyuubi-Susano'o fusion.

you mean Epilogue sasuke? mayb not stronger than naruto but should be much stronger than himself at vote. as he gets older ill imagine hes rikudous chakra should have incresed in stregth increasing hes base speed, jutsus, full rinnegan abilities and ps would receive a boost as well. with faster speed and reflexes ill imagine he would be able to utilize amenotejikara fater and dance around hes vote self to absorb hes chakra with a far more refined preta path. no way would he be weaker than hes teen self like some are saying, thats just ridiculous imo.
