what's your expectations for batman vs superman

Not much. I don't see myself taking the movie all too seriously. Why? I'm a massive fan of Batman and Superman, and DC in general. Though, some of the choices and directions I've seen them take doesn't sit well with me, and I honestly think it may flop.

No. He will not be. This incarnation of Batman will obviously be more likened to the Batman we saw in The Dark Knight Returns. The reveal speech for the movie was a quote from Batman from when he was fighting Superman in The Dark Knight Returns comic book, written by Frank Miller. This movie will be based upon The Dark Knight Returns most likely, and that's one of the decisions I don't really like.

Why do you dislike that it's the Dark Knight Returns story? Is it old Bruce, is it lady Robin, is it that Bruce beats Clark or because of what we learn at the end which I won't say for those who don't already know it?

I do not dislike The Dark Knight Returns. I had a problem with the fight between Bruce and Clark. It's the fact that Bruce beats Clark in a fight and then talks shit to his face. Normally, I would be fine with it, it's just a bit irritating that Batman would be talking shit when he had weeks and possibly years of preparation, assistance from Green Arrow and Kryptonite, as opposed to Superman who had no prep time and was holding back. That's a problem on the writer's part, but it still irks me.

They're pretty low for me just because anything I've ever seen that's been batman vs superman hasn't been to my liking.
But at the same time when you're at the bottom you can only go up. So we'll see.

Personally, I'm not a Ben Affleck fan, I actually don't enjoy him as an actor... I liked Christian Bale as Batman better. This movie will be alright I can assume. It's suppose to be the starter to the JL movies in which I'm excited to see and I am also excited to see a Wonder Woman. I am curious of her role in Bats vs Supes.
