And even if it is possible , it'll be nowhere near her punches since she uses a large amount of chakra for her punches and for lifing , she will nedd to send large amount of chakra to multiple places at same time . Lifting anything heavy using this method for short duration will drain her

Sakura's punches' damage is due to her timed release of chakra. Gai and Lee both have worked years to improve their physical body to peak conditioning and Naruto's physical prowess is unmatched and Bee took down Suigetsu and overpowered Jugo without much trouble from strength alone. Sakura might be stronger than most but she isnt physically stronger than taijutsu specialists
