No because Naruto actually converts his chakra to make it match that of an individual person, and Naruto does so in less time, and all it requires to receive his chakra is a touch, afterwards he can even manipulate ones reserves from afar if they posses his cloak, Sakura needs to use the slug to remotely heal ppl and requires physical contact to power up ppl with her chakra. Naruto requires neither and he does so in less time.

Naruto had to tap the people to give them the cloak, and he doesn't manipulate their reserves after he converts it into their own chakra it's their to control. It's just a fancy chakra transfer technique.
Which sakura and TSUNADE used via Katsuyu slime. They need physical contact with Naruto's cloak too in order for it too work, KAtsuyu even stated that the cloaks never vanished just diminished.

The reality of the Yin seal is, it's just putting chakra in one area constantly, and learning to do other things while doing so. That's impressive, but, in a sense, it's no different from a shinobi fighting on a wall or water, which requires chakra on one's feet and chakra to fight simultaneously. The only difference is the yin seal is more concentrated and longer-lasting.

Naruto, on the other hand, is capable of absolute shape and nature transformations (something Sakura has displayed neither of), and tried to fuse them, and he stated "it's like trying to look left and right at the same time. The solution was to have the equivalent of 3 people to concentrate on each step. Wouldn't you know it? Naruto learns to do a job that requires 3 minds with one due to the Rikkudo power up. RSM, by definition, gives him supreme chakra control. The best you can argue for Sakura is for her to have equal chara control, and that's pushing it.
