Facts, show us your source or it's just Fan Fiction. Nowhere....there is no place or scan that tells us that Mito had FULL control of Kurama's chakra. Only that she had Negative Emotion Sensing.

It was stated when Shizune said who the seal works.Thus Mito reached the pinnacle because she has the byakugou seal. And it may be a theory, but that's where all of the facts are pointing to. unless she actively used it on her own.

So until you can provide solid evidence, here's what you should do; shove a Sakura action figure up your bobby hole.
