Kakashi lacks feats so Sasuke stomps. Is an Uchiha, can use Chidori, has more powerful chakra, can use Katon's whereas Kakashi cannot, has amazing shuriken jutsu and can rig them potently. As fast as gated Lee.. Sasuke wins.

CE Sasuke's power, bar CS1 that wasn't showed, was deemed as slightly more than chunin level by the examinator. A short burst of CS1 is not enough to upper his level a lot. Gaiden Kakashi, before receiving the Sharingan, was made a jonin and was a chunin since he was 6years old. Gaiden pre Sharingan Kakashi was fighting on par with experienced jonin from other villages, could use Rasengan, had high level of speedv(that could use for extended time, while Sasuke couldn't mantain Lee level speed for a long), taijutsu and kenjutsu, developed Chidori so should have had a great skill in Raiton ninjutsu. With the Sharingan, he simply stompblitzes with Chidori.

I don't remember anything different between the anime and manga in the gaiden, unless you are referring to that ANBU Kakashi filler arc, and even then, I don't remember any feats that would put him above Sasuke. So I'll still go with Sasuke.
