Sharingan Sasuke was defeated by a chunin level fighter(who were afraid of jounins even in group) when Sharingan-less Kakashi was fighting on par with war arc experienced Jounins

Sharingan Sasuke was easily getting sneak attacked by the likes of Gaara or other chunin level fighters when war arc experienced jounins couldn't sneak attack Kakashi

Sharingan Sasuke couldn't handle newbie taijutsu user Lee and had to undergo a training just to keep up with him. Sharingan-less Kakashi was already defeating Gai(countless times), who was training in taijutsu(under his father's tutelage, capable to open even gates) since he was a baby
