Hinata can use 64 palms, as shown in chapter 633, and she's even capable of combining it with Twin Lion Fists.

Her Byakugan is either equal or superior to Neji's, both in part one and two. As in part one, her radius limit wa s1KM while Neji's was 50M, In part to Her limit was 10KM and Neji's was 800M.

Even the databook says that her Byakugan is in no way inferior to Neji's.

It's already been confirmed that Hyugas aren't from Hamura, as they were on earth while Hamura's people were on the moon, likewise, Hamura's people were born without eyes [hence why Toneri is blind] while Hyugas are born with Byakugan .

Neji had that power and more without it but for Hinata it was classified as a power up, not only that Neji knows most if not all of the hyuuga clan secret techniques which was limited to the main branch (e.g. rotation and 64 fist) and he learnt that all in part 1 and on his own

If Hinata was classified as a equal to Neji she wouldn't make him her teacher since he mastered all known hyuuga techniques, her only source of learning the main branchs secret techniques is by Neji since her father favoured her younger sister over her so she doesn't recieve any specialised training

Hinata didn't "fail." I can't believe you went through the trouble of finding those scans, and didn't bother reading what was in between them. She felt like she hit her limit, remembered Neji's advice, thought about Naruto, then went "one step forward." She actually succeeded. I don't see how the scans of Neji are relevant. I'm simply saying that Hinata never required 9 tails chakra for any of her techniques, and if you still insist, I'll be happy to show scans that prove you wrong.

It's true that Neji taught Hinata, and was obviously superior, but that's not to say that she can't keep within he same league. Hyugas Byakugan. the Byakugan eyes of the(=hyuga's) head family have particularly high bio compatibility with Hamuras descendants (bodies) when transplanted.

In this line form the Databook, it's said that the Hyuga Main Family's eyes [the Byakugan] have high bio-compatibility with Hamura's descendants when transplanted. Notice how the databook makes a distinction between the Hyuga clan and Hamura's descendants? This alone is enough evidence to prove with 100% certainty that they are not from Hamura's line.

He sealed all the eyeballs of (/for) a thousand years of his (mostly unborn) descendants into "Tensei-gan" to store up gargantuan volume of power.

This line speaks of how Hamura sealed off ALL the eyes of his descendants that would be born in the next 1000 years after him. Meaning if someone is Hamura's descendant, they will be born with their eyes sealed away, just like how Toneri was.

Meaning that the Hyuga can't be from his lineage, as those that have been born from his lineage of all had their Byakugan's sealed within those 1000 years.
