What exactly are you trying to get at here? The other member said that Aizen claimed Urahara Kisuke's intelligence to be greater than his own. Then you pull out a scan with Aizen admitting to Urahara's intellectual superiority? I don't understand, mind explaining?
Energies work differently in different universes. Spiritual Energy is the Bleach-equivalent of chakra, but it doesn't work the same way. Just because Aizen has Spiritual Energy, that doesn't mean he can be affected by Genjutsu. Spiritual Energy doesn't circulate around the body in a set pathway like chakra does. Also, Genjutsu needs chakra to work, specifically chakra in the brain. Someone without chakra won't be affected by any Genjutsu, no matter if it's Tsukiyomi or a lesser Genjutsu.

What I'm saying is, upon beginning his series of Hōgyoku Transformations, Aizen surpassed Urahara in strength. However, he was never superior to Urahara in intellect. On the last page, a member said that Aizen admitted to Urahara's intellect being superior to his own. Then, you replied by posting a Viz scan of Aizen saying this:
"You're the only person in the Soul Society whose mind is more brilliant than my own. Though our powers are no longer equal, you still interest me."

Aizen wanted to say that Urahara is more intelligent than him (first bubble).
In second, he say that they powers are not longer equal, which mean that they were equal once. With or without Hogyoku, there is no way that Aizen can surpass him in intelligence, because there is no way to boost your intelligence.
Aizen wanted to say that while he was just shinigami he and Urahara were equal in strength, but now they are not. So Urahara (strength wise) was treat to Shinigami Aizen, but now when latter got way more powerful, strengh wise Urahara is not comparable to him, but he still has his briliant mind, which still make him interest (intelligent wise).

Yama is not potentially stronger than Shinigami Aizen. Yamamoto is by Aizen stronger.
Isshin overpowered Aizen already. So that's already two captains.
