1. This is the thing, every element of Sasori's arsenal is subjected to his metal based toxin poison. From his own body, weapons (hidden included), human puppets (iron sand) every inch of anything he does is associated with poison.

2. Evasion requires chakra and dealing with Sasori you'll need more than plenty and it jus so happens that Neji's tecqniques require lots of it. Neji can't continuously rotate and preform air palms, he would tire out and make one wrong move and that's all Sasori will need to poison him.

He wanted to die after Sakura and Chiyo destroyed his arsenal, including the 3rd Kazakege. He would have lost the battle anyways, so that doesn't really matter.

That's because Sasori was a fodder and not a main hero.

That's no problem, Neji can shroud himself in a chakra cloak in order to make sure the poison never touchs him, all while fighting as he normally would. Hidden weapons also aren't an issue for him, because Byakugan.

Given that Iron Sand is a Magnet Release Technique, and thus Ninjutsu, Neji would be able to block and repel Iron Sand using Divine Spin, regardless of whether Sasori is using it in it's prism-like form or branch-like form. Likewise to any weapons Sasori would try and use on him.

Nope, Neji will not run out of chakra so quickly. He has a large amount. As shown when he was constantly releasing chakra from his body to cover a huge amount of area with his chakra in his fight against Kidomaru. Neji has shown vasion skills that far surpass both Sakura and CHiyo's, ouple that with his ability to stop weapons that are thrown at him, and there's no way he's getting hit.

He won't need to constantly do such, one Rotation will be needed to knock him out of Hiruko, then an Air Palm or Gentle Fist strike to his heart will end him right then and there. The Byakugan's abilities could be used to figure out that Sasori is in fact merely a "heart" inside his puppets and no longer an actual person, and it could also be used to realize that all the chakra stems from said "heart".
