Sakura made the anti dote easily with her own skill.
Sasori himself can't make the antidote like sakura ,He never imagined its possible that someone would be able to make antidote of his deadly poison .

He didn't care at first ,only at the last moment in the end his emotion got to him .
If his emotions got to him in the last minute its his fault .there is nothing unfair about it.

They are indeed his Worst match up ,but that doesn't make it unfair .
None of His puppets can tank her punch not even the perfect puppet he used as a shield .

He didn't want to lose . He fought with all his techs he wanted to make them his puppets at first but then he wanted to kill them and they defeated his last tricks.Only at the last minute his emotions got to him and he chose to die.

The antidote is made by her . Its one of her abilities
If You are just going to restrict one of her abilities then of course she can't beat him without it .
