just finished the Bleach anime so now i want to read the manga, which chapter should i start with?
also, is the manga good?

The anime (Minus fillers) is pretty much true to the manga. So if you are going to start reading the manga start from the Xcution arc I guess. I think that's where the Anime ended. I forget watch chapter it start's though.

Keep your eyes peeled to the Anime though. This is the last arch for Bleach and the anime is coming back soon to finish out the Bleach Manga as well.
