What can Itachi do against Hiruzen and his clones?

Sharingan can't distinguish between clones and real one, and genjutsu doesnt work on clones

Plus hiruzen is very smart so he probably wont even fall for genjutsu even if its his clone. Regular genjutsu wont work since he is a master of all three arts, ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu

Amaterasu is a fodder jutsu, Hiruzen and his clones can block itachi's vision using huge fire jutsus, itachi will end up wasting his chakra, its useless against clones anyway and itachi starts coughing blood after two use

Itachi's susanoo is useless as a single enma can throw away something as big as kyuubi out of the village, enma can also multiply into dozens of copies

Sasuke used Yasaka Magatama to fodderize some Zetsus. Madara used it to fight fodder shinobi. Yasaka is hype.

please dont try to use bijuu dama and rasenshuriken's feats, magatama's contribution was about as much as when you throw a grenade and nuke together

Hiruzen is nothing but a retconned old man who lost his luster in part I.
