[PS4] Network still down

Am i the only one that can't get on. I bet on the app and all my friends are playing but i can't sign in for some reason

I read somewhere that some people still can't get on. It's working for most though.

if you are getting the error CE-33987-0 just follow these steps
1.go into the network settings
2.press set up internet connection
3.(choose either wifi or lan cable wich ever you use)
4. click CUSTOM
5. click what your network is and do type in the password
6.click automatic for your IP adress
7.click do not specify for DHCP Host name
8.click automatic for DNS settings
9.for MTU settings click manual
10.change what ever number you have in the prompt box (mine was 1500) to 1472
11.click do not use for the proxy server
12.Test your internet connection.

It worked for me.
