Bulma had the hots for Goku on two occasions in the manga. First when goku makes his first appearance as a late teen then when goku arrives in namek. On the whole the two are more like best friends than a pairing. So no NS type of bs

They are comparable in the sense that obivously they are both respective rivals for the MC and power scaling wise.However Sasuke is an emotional bad ass while Vegeta never had those sorts of emotions and was MUCH more outspoken.I didnt mean emo as an insult lol
