Chakra warriors which the hyuga could understandingly of pulled off if given even a sample the free power-ups he gave to the uchiha.

They werre the first and only ones shown to hav full mastery of their chakra, expelling large amounts from not only the hands but the whole body.

Twin lion fist is one of the highest levels of chakra shape manipulation shown in the manga which was done by hinata of all people so we never even saw its effects Lol.. If u put the ability to expell chakra from the whole body plus mastery level control of chakra ( Twin Lion Fist ) then a chakra avatar seems more likely for them, not to mention they are rooted in the rikudo bloodline jus as much as the uchiha/senju.

But yes in terms of how kishi allowed us to forget about their potential they seem really weak in front of uchiha/senju.
