Naruto doesn't need other jutsu like, c-rank wind jutsu for example. It is the same as obito, kamui and a few katon and mokuton nijutsu is all he ever needed. But you can't say he wasn't good at ninjutsu since he has the ability to use all 5 nature transformations

I doubt it.. Even if he does, I would put Kakashi and maybe Jiraiya in before Naruto.

Sasuke could "blitz " JJ madara and 4th raikage coudln't react to budja arms from Spiral zetsu

I don't see how base raikage would be faster ....

Their reserves are much higher than the Raikages seeing how they were able to heal 40K ninja.

Well that's how the ninjutsu score on the data book is calculated to my knowledge. A person with 10 S- rank jutsu should have a higher ranking than a person with 50 B- rank ninjutsu. If its about variety jiraya and nagato should top your list. Kabuto and sasuke shouldn't even be there.

Tsunade and sakura have stored chakra in their seals, those are not their natural reserves. Sakura for example without the seal could never produce enough chakra to use a single FRS without becoming completely exhausted like base naruto can.

You do have a point but they have never been said to have bijuu level chakra... So I'm on the fence about that..

It only stated no help from a Bijuu. It said nothing about sealed reserves, its still their chakra in the seal which they have accumulated over time.

Base Tsunade without the seal is an Uzumaki/Senju so she definitely has a lot of chakra.

The problem is Naruto 10 S rank jutsu are all resengan.. Sasuke probably have 10 different s Rank jutsu.. Nagato jutsu came strictly from his rinnengan which Kabuto displayed more in just his one fight with Itachi and Sasuke.. He has the the powers of Orochimaru and the sound five... He's on the list for that very reason.

Well if you put it that way then fine. I do agree that tsunade has a lot of chakra but it was never shown without the seal to be larger than base naruto's.
