Who is better in character, Style, Design,?

Itachi has a better story behind him. He was really well written.
But Madara's badass hair and style is better than Itachi's calm appraoch. In my opinion.

I disagree on the style. He's a more feminine version of Hashirama (which is really evident). And talking down to your opponents just because you were born more powerful doesn't sound anywhere near as enticing as someone who is better at analyzing a situation and remains calm even under pressure.

Itachi in everything. Madara was okay, but towards the end his style and character began to annoy me now that I think about it. The Juubi Jin phase did not help.

Pretty much this.

It doesn't also help that after he was revived (which was arguably his best phase at he got things done and grew as a character), he immediately went downhill once he became Juubi Jin.
