And the sasuke's words about sakura was proved wrong when same sakura saved him from dying in desert dimension by giving her chakra to Obito and because of her vest sasuke used S/T to swap with it.

If sakura and naruto's clone didn't help Obito then sasuke would be fodderized in desert dimension by now.

As for what you said. It was implied in the manga that if Naruto went out, he would be caught in the genjutsu. This is not a normal genjutsu. It was a Universal level genjutsu that caught people who didn't even look at it.

You just hypothesized that Naruto, since he was a perfect Jinchuriki, won't be caught in the ultimate genjutsu. It was never mentioned that he won't be affected. Also, Sasuke is not stupid. He would've let Naruto out if the Jinchuriki wouldn't be caught in it.
