Naruto saved sasuke multiple times from kaguya and BZ.

Naruto did get chakra from the tailed beasts to stay alive and also to replenish his chakra, whereas sasuke was given all of edo hashirama's chakra. The tailed beasts inside naruto don't do anything more than give him chakra, and sasuke barely does anything to munch up his chakra supply.

Hachibi was not there to awake him from IT.

Sasuke doesn't know that genjutsu can't work against perfect jins otherwise killer bee wouldn't whooped his ass
