No juubi jin has absorbed so much natural energy, that they almost overload. Half Kurama Naruto matched the biju susanoo, which is pretty much all of Hagoromo's yin chakra through susanoo merged with the biju's chakra perfectly. Needless to say, Sasuke was in the same ballpark as Hagoromo in brute power. Naruto matched that with half Kurama, and then got full Kurama, which obvious gives him a boost as Hagoromo wanted yang Kurama to defend Naruto. Naruto's, at the very least, on Hagoromo's basic level.
How you able to gauge Hagoromo brute force is same level as Sasuke, Hagoromo without Juubi is still has massive chakra reserve that he developed from a baby to adult, the chakra that he inherit from prime Kaguya(Kaguya before he gave birth), his basic chakra alone is massive than Sasuke's besic chakra, that is why he able to create a Ninshuu, and from that he using his own chakra and spreading it to humans to form a connection at first, I dont know if Hamura done the same thing.
And I dont think Rinnegan Sasuke basic chakra is on basic Hagoromo chakra level, Hagoromo current chakra maybe has deplated much since he got older and dead, but young Hagoromo is in different case.
But this is Juubi jin Hagoromo we talk here, as a creator of Ninshuu and many sofisticated tech, Naruto feat as collecting chakra from around the world is such a simple work for him.

Hagoromo own chakra plus Juubi chakra is surely surpassing Rikudou Naruto chakra by large margin. What actually Naruto and Sasuke show is not comparable to Hagoromo still, Naruto collecting and overloding it collection still not a great thing, if you are overload with all world chakra, how he still lose his power when clashing with Indra Arrow, where the other chakra collection goes? How Sasuke able to said 'your bijuus chakra keep getting low' like that.
He collected all chakra but still lose to Sasuke not full Bijuus chakra.
