It is the only pairing that fans could actually give a reason for that's related to the manga. I mean to me it makes Sakura a very good character who never gives up on the one she loves. Any other pairing would make her look like a *****. Also Karin never won me over as a character. Even if I dislike Sakura I admit she causes more reaction by fans than any other female character. Rather you hate her or love her she is always on your mind. Thats only because people wanted whats best for her.

Karin was always meant to be a humorous type of character. Karin is acceptable because she doesn't look seriously stupid while trying to do things.

Sasuke only tried to kill Karin once and she immediately got over him and even noticed his quick turn in chakra to darkness, something Sukura never did. Karin's apology is yet again, a humorous moment in her character, while everything related to Sakura and Sasuke is serious and makes her look really dumb for attempting to even accept him again.

Karin is a jokingly side character, but at least she has an ounce of self respect as opposed to our supposedly, main female lead here.

Most of your flawed argument revolve around moments of Karin being forceful upon Sasuke and Sasuke just using her, but your stance involving Sukura could not be more credible in the slightest.

Sasuke never took an interest to Sakura at all in part 1. Comradeship and teamwork was the only reason why he bothered to deal with her, when they were around. Outside of that stuff, they would never speak or hang out. At least with Team Taka, they had a good type of teamwork and bonding moment, only until Sasuke turned evil.

Lets not forget the almost life threatening moments, which most of you fools seem to completely ignore and act like they are okay with just a simple sorry.

Also, I really don't feel like arguing with an obvious die hard who can't even understand the major flaws in Sakura's simplistic character and try to act as if everything she does is 'cute.'

Truth be told if SasuSaku didn't happen I would still read fanfictions and doujinshis. I would be sad yes, but I wouldn't end my life for some stupid fictional sh_. But it's even worse now since you decided to go kill yourself over it. Seriously if people find it okay with themselves to cry over this sh_ then obviously you aren't human enough to live in the real world. You should do something with your life besides basing it off some fictional characters' relationship. Those beams can't hold the ceiling enough. If Naruto ended I bet she would contemplate over suicide more since she's so keen of the series.

Self-respect? Then let's remember all the times she went into his personal bubble space. I can't argue that Sakura did this in part 1, but you don't see Sasuke sweating over it. If Sasuke was really thinking as Sakura as a comrade he wouldn't had asked Naruto to save her in part 1, or thank her! It's referred many times that Sasuke thought of team 7 as a family, not as comrades. Obviously Sasuke thinks Sakura as family, not a comrade.

Well in a way I can understand his point of view. No pairing in this manga had a solid enough build to be interpreted in one way. So him thinking SasuSaku is a crack pairing is in a way reasonable. I mean just because its canon it does not mean the other has to accept it. As long as you know your pairing is canon you have nothing to worry about. So just let him think what he wants.

If so I admire your taste in good and sophisticated characters, I think its a shame though that your hate towards Sakura is blinding you to an important part of Sasuke's character.
