In this scene Sakura says something about giving all of the chakra she has. Which is only an exaggeration of her determination to save Sasuke. You guys know how she gets.
This is the scene where Sakura tanked the acid blitz. Then in the next scene Obito suggest they wait until she healed her wounds.
Then she tells him her chakra has a limit. And she isn't talking about going into byakugou mode for such a trival injury.
Remember when she was healing the Shinobi Alliance with Tsunade and Shizune.
SHe was obviously on her last base reserve, and we all know medical ninjutsu takes a lot of chakra to use.
The byakugou seal can't be used to heal other either, seeing as how Tsunade didn't go to heal Naruto.
After she finish saving NAruto's life she had no medical ninjutsu left, her base chakra was low. Though he had a little left and manage a punch to Kaguya and possible dodge her assault. (Which was probably weaker that her attack she used when she first developed her seal, because one her arm was weakened by acid and her chakra was low.
(Cute fact: She can call Sasuke on his BS on this page, he says Sakura was just in the right place at the right time, and he had no interest in her, yet he tries to save her....<3)
And for those of you who will say she healed Sasuke and Naruto at the end, you can thank Sasuke for that. Sakura was already at her last reserve, which is probably why it took so long for her to wake up, after the genjutsu knocked her out.
If you notice Sakura was already free of the genjutsu, she was just knocked out.
But during her nap, she regained most of her chakra, as rest = chakra, thus gaining her ability to heal again.
