No one's talking about Leto so take your man crush and go, do you understand the word "next" it means the one following the current one. I know, I know bug words are hard. Plus Leto isn't getting to be Joker in a Batman movie. Deal with it
Eww too salty, Leto will be the only joker for years to come, his Joker and the Suicide squad movie will be in the same universe as Batman v Superman. So You can expect him to play him in solo Batman flicks.
I know that and all but I was a huge fan of Heath and that role of Joker, for me, was the best act ever in his career. I've seen other plays of Joker before but Heath, for me, made the character Joker alive with his acting and yes, I know someone must act him again in the movies but for me that's just meh.
Not after Suicide Squad flops. You realize actors only get 1 chance to play Joker unless you're on tv like Hamill and Caesar Romero, the movies progress too quick to utilize recurring villains, they're always redone by the next director. Plus, unless David Ayers directs the next Batman movies it's unlikely a new director will use the same actor, unless the person truly personifies it best like Jackman/Wolverine or Downey/Stark those two will be their character regardless of director as long as they are able. And I'm not even gonna bother going into why Joker shouldn't be in that movie to start with.
