Fangirl? Sakura cares for Sasuke.She also cares for Naruto,Kakashi,and multiple other characters and worries about them when they're in trouble.Also,Sasuke the only one who's on the badside,so ofcourse she's going to be shown concern about him more often.

Pretty much.I will be honest though that although there is not much development for both Sakura and Hinata considering they are all about their respective boys,Sakura had a little more personality outside of Sasukeunlike Hinata who proved herself a satellite character till the very end
I also dont see why they keep saying she regressed.Agred her being a housewife in 700 doesnt seem that good but then her life long objective was to resuce Sasuke from darkness because she loved him a lot and withstood a lot to do it just like Hinata withstood Naruto being seemingly oblivious to her romantic feelings.People hate on her simply because its Sasuke she paired up with
Sakura was shown interacting with many characters throughout the story.Both Naruto and Sasuke were a big part to why she wanted to become stronger.

She was never just about one character.
I believe that's because he was the only one in trouble at the time . What, do you want her to jump in between pain and Naruto, saying "I will protect Konoha" when there is nothing left to protect? lmao
Chapter 540 [was it?] resolved that issue. Hiashi said to Edo Hizashi that Neji and Hinata are fighting side by side, as equals. Not to mention back in part one we saw how Hinata long with Hiashi and Neji were sitting and chatting together, which is a pretty clear indication their relationships were already being fixed up even back then.
Of course, with how little attention Kishi gives to the Hyugas altogether, such is expected. Speaking of Hiashi, he's the one who is the leader of the clan, Not Hinata. So if you're gonna blame anyone for not changing the clan's traditions, it should be Hiashi.
But you just want to throw all the blame on Hinata, so it's fine.
Naruto was the only one in trouble? Funny how you add in ,"at the time".Pain just killed many people and destroyed Konoha while he was looking for Naruto,so he can get the Kyuubi and cause more mayhem.Everyone was in danger.
Hinata never even for a moment was shown thinking of that,thinking of protection everyone and not just Naruto.
I'm not saying Hinata should have changed the Hyuga.I'm saying she was never shown for not even a single panel,standing up for the side branch,yet there's multiple moments of her gaining courage from thinking about Naruto-Kun.
